
Our proposal for today: Avocado and tomato salad with extra virgin olive oil and Flower of Sal with pepper. Here is the recipe!

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 12 tomatoes cherry
- 2 avocados
- Extra virgin olive oil: for this salad, tasteandfeel recommends IO EVOO by Vianoleo
- Flower of Salt with pepper: for this salad tasteandfeel recommends any of our Flower of salt with pepper, Llum de sal or Flor del Delta.
- 1 lemon
Preparation:
- Cut the tomatoes in small pieces.
- Peel the avocados and cut them in small pieces.
- Add a little bit of IO-Vianoleo Extra virgin olive oil
- Add a little bit of Flower of Salt with Pepper
- Squeeze the lemon and add the lemon juice to the salad
- Remove all and that’s it!
Recommendations:
Serve a little bit chilled.
Combines well with cool white wine, such as Jaspi Blanc by Coca i Fitó or an
Organic cava, such as Cava Brut Familia by Eudald Massana.
